The Angels suggest we may feel some sadness or other big emotions as we begin the week. They remind us of their presence through them all and that it’s important for us to feel our feelings. We can cry, shout, journal – whatever they may be, do not resist this healing opportunity right now.

A big difference in energy mid-week, where the Angels shift our focus to our wishes and dreams. It’s absolutely OK to have a tough few days and to feel deeply… maybe even broken, but they remind us we can absolutely have what we want and to focus on that as much as we can.

At the weekend, another beautiful reminder that when we do that, so much is possible! The Angels remind us of our inherent worthiness and to believe that all the good things we wish for others are also possible for us and to allow our dreams and the actions we take towards them to be a priority now. The message from my book ‘Message of Grace’ emphasises this and that as you allow your light to shine and to believe in ourselves, you attract what you desire. As you allow those heavier emotions to arise, we become even more radiant.
