Archangel Uriel’s presence suggests a much lighter start to the week! Phew!

This is the reminder that while we’re all going through big transformation, there are good things happening. We can also ask Uriel to uplift us if we are not feeling that yet, or need clarity. But this is a very positive, uplifting sign!

Mid-week, we continue to feel more confident and empowered. It feels as if our solar plexus chakra is being activated now which is our inner sunshine, our confidence and faith in ourselves, so yay for that! It’s time to believe in ourselves and go for it!

At the weekend, as the Full Moon energy begins, we may find ourselves physically or emotionally letting go of even more. However, the Angels say we’ll be doing so in a much stronger, less emotional way and more clear about what we need to release to move forward. A very empowering, clarifying week!

The message from my book ‘Messages of Grace’ is all about Your Body. So this is a good time as part of your confidence, to reconnect with your physical self. It’s so important to stay grounded now and it’s hard to do that if you are constantly fighting or judging your body. Can you appreciate it more for it being the reason you get to be here on Earth?
