As last week, the Angel focus on our personal lives. At this time of year, some of us may be struggling with the lack of light or other pressures, and the Angels encourage us to seek help for our mental and emotional health if that’s the case. This can be also be a supportive, trustworthy partner or someone who show up to supportive – or indeed us taking a caring role for someone else.

Mid-week, the Angels suggest we’ll be feeling more motivated or confident, perhaps because of the support we receive or someone who feels that way and inspires us. The Angels remind us to look at and nurture our gifts and talents and to believe in who we are and what we have to offer others personally and professionally.

At the weekend, the Angels suggest that the decisions and actions we take to support ourselves this week are also supportive of those closest to us. With the King and the Queen appearing earlier in the week, there’s a real emphasis on partnership, family and relationships and looking at what we really need from ourselves and each other.
