A playful, romantic energy as we begin the week with encouragement from the Angels to spend time with those close to us, or to do something we love. This could also be investing our time and energy on a date or a new connection, with a caution not to over give if someone is ungrounded or unavailable. We can absolutely enjoy the romantic, open-hearted energy but make sure to share it with the right people and circumstances.

Mid-week the Angels give us another reminder to take care of our own energy which includes looking at what is draining us, or where we are not allowing ourselves to receive support. The New Moon in Taurus on Tuesday / Wednesday is a big reminder to come home to ourselves and our deepest needs and desires.

At the weekend we have the perfect Angel to help us do that – Archangel Raphael. We can call on him to help us physically and emotionally, especially in making choices that honour our hearts now. The message from my book ‘Message of Grace’ focuses on creativity, and that self care is very much about spending time doing the things you know nurture you and light you up.
