It’s a week to be very gentle with ourselves. There’s a great opportunity for us to heal and forgive ourselves and others now. That doesn’t mean we have to keep a person in our lives, or say what happen was OK. It means we can move forward with more peace and acceptance. It’s a time to reflect, so that we can move forward.
